I️ placed an order and the seller never sent me my items. I️ contacted the girl several times and she says she is going to and then just stopped messaging. How do I️ dispute the payment? It won’t let me click my order to do it. Does it have to be within so many days?
I'm sorry to hear she didn't complete your order. We do require seven days to pass before allowing a dispute for item not received to be escalated to a claim. You can find details on filing disputes here. I hope this helps!
