This could be related to a few different scenarios. Did you make a purchase that created an authorization? Companies have up to 30 days to complete authorizations and charge you. Was this a payment you sent to someone else that wasn't an authorization? If it completed, it may not be available on their account right away (such as if they're a new seller, they have reserves on their account, etc.). This wouldn't be affected by you and the seller would need to contact us with questions regarding this. If the payment doesn't say completed, it may be unclaimed, and the seller would need to confirm their email or phone number to receive the payment.
