Hi I sent a payment by pay pal which is showing as complete but the the person that I sent it to is say that it pending and ask if I can pay a different way, is it possible that she has not received my payment if so where has it gone to?
It sounds like the payment may be on hold, which is an issue on the seller's end that they would need to reach out to us. If you see that it's completed, you have successfully paid them, and they would need to refund you if they want you to pay outside of PayPal. I hope this information helps! 🙂
