Pending after sending money to credit card

Hi to all

My name is Dusan and I am from Serbia

I use paypal more then 2 and a half years, and have great experience

Two days ago I received payment on paypal, and I withdraw funds to my credit card

It is still pending , after more then 36 hours. Paypal give me info that time can be 48 hours

I am intersted why did this happened? Never before I had pending situation when I withdraw funds from

my paypal account to card
