Payppal Payment Problem

Paypal payment received but it is not reflected on my paypal balance. It says echeck will be cleared by april 20, 2018 but until now, april 23, 2018 money is not yet on my balance. I badly needed that money.

They are awful and they don’t tell you that until you’ve already done the transfer. I’m closing my account.
