I've been trying to get a name change and it has been taking long. I called yesterday and the lady says my info given to her is wrong. Ive sent it identification last week and no sign of an update. She then says it will be updated by the 17th (more than the amount of business days it says 7-10). Get it together!
Has nothing to do with you but their customer service sucks. They have community doing free labor (Which is appreciated) with people that might not be too knowledgeable. When you send them an email it sends you some pre-made message. But they love to receive the customer's money.
