Paypal won't let me confirm my email

I was able to get to the point that I was able to click on the link to confirm my email.

It takes me another page and asks me to log in. 

once I type in the correct password it comes up with a message the says "we can not prosses your request, please try again."

I've tried many times and it still won't let me confirm my email

why won't paypal let me confirm my email?

I can't recive any money untill I get this figured out so any help would be appriciated, thanks.

Try refreshing your web browser - delete your browser's history, temp files, cookies and cache, then close the browser, reopen, login to your PayPal account and retry sending the email confirmation.   If the results are the same as before, they you may want to contact customer support for assistance, you can do this through the Help link, on the next page, click on Contact Customer Support, from there you can phone or email.
