Paypal verification

Hi I have attached my PayPal with my visa card (it's not a us account) and my bank account and have withdrawn money severaly but up to now am yet to be verified what am I missing

Might be the social maybe, or maybe an ID. Or if the VISA was prepaid then I don't think that count as a point towards verification.

Linked cards and banks must have the same address as your PayPal account.

You card needs to be in the same country as your PayPal account.
