I have another email address. Someone else used it to open an account and added their phone number, but they can't get the email. So now when I try to have PayPal remove this person from my account, they can't verify me because I don't get the phone calls. The PayPal support lady (Mary) just hung up on me after telling me that I just can't open an account unless the other person "lets me". REALLY?? They let a criminal continue to use the account and they don't care! Unbelievable that both their security and their customer service is SO BAD. I don't think anyone can trust paypal anymore. I will have to stop accepting paypal in my ecommerce store.
