They are holding my refunded money from McAfee for months. The transaction detail says it’s temporary hold. However I cannot understand why they are holding money for months. I have all evidences about this transaction. I have called them, sent email and paper mail as well. But I didn’t receive any reply. When I called them they said the refund will be processed soon. I was waiting for 3 months. Isn’t it enough?? If somebody prepares a lawsuit, I want to be with them.
