Paypal forcing customers to create account on mobile version

Hi,

I have set up creating PayPal for customers as optional during checkout, it works on the desktop, but, on the mobile version it still forces the customers to create the account, can you please help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
