Paypal credit payment item damaged and falling apart dispute gets denied in 24 hours can't get through to pay pal going on 2 months.
The item had a small tear in it under the chaise lounge accepted a refund and repair kit for $75 refund. But 2 months later the chaise back cushion zipper and fabric broke apart total loss not fixable. Seller is no help, opened 2 disputes and pay pal denies it in 24 hours with no email to me on why. help.
