Paypal closed case and no refund money!!!

I have register in alibaba they give me free 300 usd but after next month change from my paypal account money! I open case but paypal no refund money its big scam!!!

He claimed Alibaba charged his Paypal account $300.

Alibaba also gave him $300 for an unspecified reason.  Seems like an Alibaba issue.
