Paypal - Why not an update or information on this debit card link/transfer problem

Why not the curtesy to notify your customers what is going on and possibly an ETA on a fix. You have people's money tied up and call center hold times are 3 hours. Clearly there is a problem so why not have someone post here or is this just a BS forum for the community to go back and forth on not monitored by paypal employees?

They love to disconnect calls, too.

 

In fact, I just got a call back from the overseas center and the woman's reaction was, "Gosh, we haven't heard anything about this! -- Let me put you on hold and escalate the call -- !" and I had hold music for about half a minute before they disconnected me.

 

PayPal's standard operating procedure: Don't communicate, stonewall, and anger the people who are generating your cash flow.
