"We can't send your payments right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact Paypal" - I get this message whenever I try to send money to someone or purchase something online. I've tried multiple credit cards and it won't work. It was working just fine like 1 week ago and now I get this message. If anyone else is experiencing this issue and/or know a way to resolve this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm honestly pretty frustrated with this issue I'm encountering.
