Hi, my name is Kenza <removed>. I was wondering about the fees of money sent to me through Goods and Services. I am aware that you charge 2.9% plus $0.30 of the amount and the receiver of the money must pay the fee. But my problem is that I got a payment of $130 and my fee was far greater than the amount it should have been. Using the math of 2.9% plus .30, my fee total should have been $4.07, making the money I receive be 125.93 but instead, my fee was $6.02 and I only received $123.98. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this and I can’t find a way to message paypal without getting an automatic responce that doesn’t correspond to my question!
