Paypal Credit Account &/VS. Paypal Master Card

I just received approval for paypal credit and now received an offer for the paypal master card. Has anyone else been in this situation? Is the card a separate account than the paypal credit? What would be involved in getting the paypal master card while currently already having a paypal credit account?

PayPal Extras MasterCard and PayPal Credit are 2 totally separate credit accounts.  

PayPal Extras MasterCard is a regular plastic credit card to use for any acceptable purchases.

I believe, however, that PayPal will not allow you to have both.  You can apply for the MasterCard to find out if you are permitted to have both.
