Paypal Capital.....how to enter on my book keeping?

I wonder if anyone can tell me. My husband is doing my tax returns and this month the Paypal Capital will need to be entered in some way? What do we put it down as? income? expenditure (for the fees and pay back)? Not sure where it comes on the tax form.
Thanks. Also, with Capital...should the payment be taken from amounts that are paid in 'friends and family' or other payments rather than actual sales?
