I have a question. I have my paypal linked to my bank account. I recently received two refunds from two different retailers. One on June 28 and the other more recently. They show as credits on my paypal account but why does my paypal balance show $0. Neither of these two credits show in my linked bank account. So where is my money? I'm confused.
