I have recently joined paypal and recieved a $10.00 activaton voucher. Is theis voucher available to use through ebay? or is it just sites that are applicable to using paypal?
What are the detailes of the voucher?
It is now showing a blank screen when i try to hit the voucher for details when i am in wallet.. it is a "CS_US NEW Member Activation Voucher Q12017"
eBay is certainly applicable to using PayPal so, yes.
