I recently made a purchase about 15 minutes ago. Trying to cancel it because the shipping address saved in PayPal was used rather than the shipping address I provided on the company's site. I tried contacting ththe company via phone, no answer. Via live chat, no response yet and I e waited about 10 minutes. Is there a way to stop or out the payment on hold?

If its marked as completed then no, if its pending then cancel it with the seller.
