Please help you withdraw money more than once money is refunded knowing that I have used more than a Visa card and more than a different bank. What is the reason for the payment and not to withdraw the card?

PayPal is run by crooks this is why you can't withdraw funds it's a scam, find another way to accept and send payments , best of luck to you.

But this is my personal account as well as my own card There is no scam Why cant money withdrawn and who gave them the right to do so?
