Payments I send are pending

Hi. I am trying to send payments to people but they are all pending.. I am a personal account sending friends and family payments to other personal accounts. My account is not limited...can anyone help? What is the reason for this?

Sometimes friends / family payments show as pending as paypal sometimes reviews them, especially if you are sending a lot.

They sometimes check to make sure you are not paying for items using that method as its against paypal rules and negates your buyer protection.

Also sometimes its pending if you are sending echecks, an echeck is sent when you don't have a card linked to your paypal account as well as your bank account OR that card has expired.
