Okay I sent my mother money using her email. When she went to log in it says her current email is not her PayPal email. Can she just create a new PayPal with her current email and get the funds that I sent to her?
You can have 8 email addresses on the one Paypal account.
Tell her to go to her profile/settings tab (cog icon next to log out) > click on the + and ''add'' another/new email address > verify it > and the funds should then show up.
