I made a purchase in December and the seller couldn't remember the password to his account and asked me to cancel the payment and send the money to a different paypal account. I cancelled the payment but not sure if it's a good idea sending the money to another account as there would be no proof of what I paid for. Thank you in advance for any suggestions
