I made a purchase and the seller canceled the sell and refunded the money in my paypal account .. How do I transfer this money to my bank account ?

Click on "withdraw" just below your balance and you can transfer it to any bank account you have linked to your paypal account.

OR if you leave it in there as long as you don't use "pay after delivery" then it should be used when you next buy items.
