I was paid for an item I sold do I have a balance but I also have a payment coming up for something I bought can I trans my balance to the payment??

It depends.  If the balance is available for spending, yes; if the balance is not available for use, then no.

You'll need to check the status of each pending transaction and any holds associated with your funds.
