hello guys. I want to pay someone through a link he gave. However, when I want to pay it always says link a card for instant payment. I already have a linked card and it says there number of active cards :1 . I filled the information 8 times and each time I receive an email about a new linked card but the payment still asks for the same thing. Any help?
This will happen if your account information hasn't yet been verified. The best way to do this is to call PayPal support and ask about it. PayPal security is inconsistent and the website is fraught with security errors...so a call to them is your most efficient next step.
