I sent a payment from US to Canada. I used my PayPal balance and some from my bank account. The money has been taken out of both my PayPal account and bank account, but it still says "pending." Is there something the seller needs to do to claim the money, or is it on hold? Help! Thanks!
It will take anywhere from 12-24 hours for a transfer to be completed. PayPal us slow when doing transfers; it seems they enjoy using the float for their cash flow needs. Be patient and it should show up soon.
