Payment not accepted yet

This is our first time using paypal to purchase from eBay.

The payment shows up in my paypal account. It shows the sellers email, etc.

But my paypal account says the payment has not been accepted yet.

Does the seller need to take action, or is there something on our end that needs to be done?

Does it show as pending? If so does it say unclaimed and if so is there a cancel option?

The seller has to claim the money from their PayPal account or it will get returned to you after 30 days have passed.
