Is there any way I can receive Paypal payments in Pakistan?

Is there any alternative way to making a Paypal account? I am a freelancer working with some UK websites and they only pay through PayPal. Please suggest some way if there is?

Yes, use another payment processor.

If paypal is not available in your country then you can't use paypal can you.

Allied Bank in Pakistan just make an aggrement with Xoom in USA. Xoom is part of PayPal and  all Paypal user sends money in Pakistan using their Xoom accont.

In Pakistan receiver can simply sign up new xoom account 

currently only this way where USA PayPal users send money directly in Pakistan
