Hi 

I made a purchase and used my bank account when I meant to use my PayPal credit can that be switched? Also, does PayPal take the money out right away or when the product is shipped.

a).  Unfortunately not - you would have to contact the seller and ask them to cancel the order and then reorder using the funding source of choice. 

b).  PayPal takes the money right away from you however, the seller does not get the money until they ship.
