PayPal transfer to bank

My paypal account has been limited because I am under 18 and I had sold something on eBay and the money went to my paypal account but since my account is limited it won’t let me transfer my Money to my bank account. I have tried everything and even calling paypal but I was on hold for an hour so I just hung up. I have a significant amount of money on my paypal account. Need help.

You just need to wait until you are 18.  There is no way to rush that.
