Right after creating a shipping label PayPal sends an email to our customers telling them a humdinger of a LIE....... "Your package is on its way". We aren't magicians, we don't have magical powers to do any such thing. It's a lie for anyone to make that claim.
I've told PayPal reps that email subject line needs to be changed but it has fallen on deaf ears.
If any PayPal reps read this message please stop lying to our customers.
