Hi,
Recently sold some Bitcoin to a user on localbitcoins with excellent feedback (3000+, 99%)
Unfortunately the person who bought it decided to become a crook all of a sudden. They've been banned from localbitcoins and there are several other accounts of their fraud.
But... PayPal is holding the payment. When I send a message, I get a form response. Then I reply to the form response, and I get a "pass code" to call.
I am on the phone now, waiting for OVER 45 MINUTES to speak to someone.
Does this company even give a damn?
