I have the following problem, was sold 9 items on eBay for $49.95 at Dec 24 and PayPal instantly hold these 9 payments and opened 11 cases for them. So I didn't receive the payment these 9 items, and after that Dec 26 PayPal made a chargeback for the Buyer for all 9 items. Yesterday, PayPal charge me again for next 2 items for $49.95. After all, I sold 9 items for $49.95, but PayPal made a refund - charge me for 11 items for $49.95.
I tried to explain this to Resolution center, but it close and when I call to representative, she just told that is ok and you charged only 11 times. But i see in the system and calculate that I charged 11 items.
