Hi, I recently bought something with my PayPal balance (I don't have any card or bank linked to PayPal) but the person couldn't ship the item so they issued a full refund. However, the money hasn't shown up in my account and when I look at the refund transaction it says 'pending'? How long will it take for me to get my money back? They didn't transfer it to their bank account or spend it (I asked them) so the refund came directly back from their PayPal within minutes.
He could have transferred your payment to his bank account or spent it,so his refund to you could be coming from his bank account and could take a few days,no one knows.
