Hi, this has been frustrating I am writing actually about a buisiness account that I help run but was only allowed to login here under my personal account. The account is registered in Germany. We just updated our membership plugin on our website but now run into problems with paypal in testing.
When a german user tries to register and make payment they are getting this message:
This transaction isn’t possible
Sorry, your PayPal account is registered in a country that dMoesn’t allow automatic payments. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Please help, we need to have our members payonline! It worked just fine with this account for many years. I wrote to paypal customer service from the account but never got a response. The plugin is S2member pro and I consulted their technical support and they sent me here.
