So yesterday I sent out a request for money from my boss for some work I did for him (I write). He sent me the money, but instead of actually getting the cash it was placed in pending and I had to pay a fee. I researched why my funds were being held in pending and realized I needed to provide identification, a problem I never faced with PayPal the other 20+ times I used it. So I took care of the situation, and even got an email saying that the pending was over and I had access to the first $1000 in my account. But after looking at my account, the cash is still pending. I reached out to PayPal on twitter, and someone quickly responded and said a specialist was going to help me. I sent them this yesterday at 12:32am. It's now 8:34am. If I could get some actual help instead of being lied too, I'd be very appreciative.
