Is it possible to search for an e-mail to verify the recipient I want to send money already has an account?

To my knowledge there isn't any way to do that.  However, if you send a payment to an address that doesn't have an account yet, that person would just need to create an account with that email and the money would be in there for them after they create it.  If they already have a PayPal under a different email then they could just add the email that you sent the payment to into their existing account and the money would drop in there.
