PayPal Denying Payments to OPskins.com

Everytime I've attempted to make a payment to OPskins.com, I get the message that the payment was denied by PayPal. I live in the US and this site is of the same origin. All the cards I've used are confirmed and have been used on other sites. I've only made one successful payment to OPskins and ever since than, my payments have been declined.

Check with PayPal customer service why this particular payment was declined.  Such sites are high risk for complaints/disputes, chargebacks, and reversals so it could be declined due to risk.  Also check with your card issuer to see if there are denials from their end.
