There's a chance it could show up sooner, but no way to force it to go more quickly. It's basically like depositing a check, so it just takes 3 - 5 business days to clear depending on the banks involved.
For future reference you can get a PayPal debit card and use that instead of transferring cash and waiting on it. If you use a PayPal debit card but you don't have PayPal cash available, it will process the transaction instantly and use your bank account / credit cards on file as backup funding sources.
