I have a verified PayPal account, I linked and confirmed my bank as well as a debit card for a backup source.
Why is instant transfer not an option when I try to pay someone? I meet all the qualifications....
I did get it to show up one time, but it didn't say "instant transfer" it just said "JP Morgan Chase Bank".... is this an instant transfer option? Not that it matters because its never showed up again anyway...
