I use PayPal in physical stores for long time. However, I wonder if I could limit that functionality to use just one of my registered and confirmed phone numbers. The reason is simple: many people know my main phone number, and the PIN is only 4 digits, thus limiting it to use a different phone number would increase the security.
Is it possible? I couldn't find such a setting.

You would need a phone with a different number and then use that phone solely for in-store purchases.
It seems, however, that a debit or credit card would be more practical.

That's my point! But I would prefer having both numbers registered with PayPal, but limit the payments capability to one only..

It's not within PayPal capabilities, so you need to find a solution on your own--like 2 phones

Well, a good example of similar setting is the payment method used in stores: you select only one from mulitiple available. Exactly the same approach could be used to select one phone number to use as an ID in stores. That's very logical.
