Pay after delivery : What if my package isn't delivered before the payment date?

I searched to find an answer but had no luck.  I have a strong feeling that an order I placed will not arrive before the pay after delivery date.  The point of this is to make sure your order is okay before you pay, so is there anything I can do if I do not receive the order by the day the payment is taken out? Is there some sort of extention I can get? Thank you.

No,but you can always file item not received

Paypal will attempt to withdraw from your bank account twice.if first attempt fails,it willw ait 2 days and try again.
