Can I transfer for money from my pay pal CREDIT account into my bank account? Kinda like a loan from myself in order to pay bills or something that i cannot pay with paypal credit online

PAYPAL line of credit is meant for online purchase,thats why it only appears when you buy online,not to pay bills or your self or give it to someone.

Hmmm, where do people even get the idea that PayPal Credit is a personal loan type instrument to withdraw as cash.
