I've used the Pay later feature for over two years and now all of a sudden all the stores that allowed it don't? Well that's what Pay Pal customer service says. Like many companies do Pay Pal has become greedy pigs ~ Not allowing the Pay later feature has made it so I can't buy things I would normally order when the feature was available. Customer service well let's say I might as well be talking to a three year old. I'm an Uber driver and I do get great pleasure at letting as many people as I can how bad Pay Pal has become.

PAD is not always available,it is not the sellers/shops,it is Paypal as PAYPAL pays them anyway and then collect from you 14 days later,from your bank account.
I understand Paypal has a new finance guy ,they have too many loans outstanding and looking to unload some. before the **bleep** hits the fan.
