Hey, can any official PayPal employees or those in-the-know answer the following question:
Is the pay after delivery option eligible for PayPal gift Cards? I.e., https://www.paypal-gifts.com/us/brands/xbox/xbox-giftcard.html
im trying to buy a x-box gift card for my nephew's birthday, but I could really use the extra days till payday. I seem to be eligible and it's worked in the past 2 months for me no problem with a different purchase, but because there is no list of eligible vendors, its such an unreliable PayPal feature. It sounds awesome at first glance, but in implementation, it seems to only notify my eligibility AFTER the purchase.
