Past History or Transactions

I need to get my transactions for 2015 but the site only allows me to go back 24 months.  Which means 24 months from today.  I need a bit more than that.  Any idea how to access that info?  Thanks in advance.

Try this - Download or export your Transaction History - Here's How:

* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under the Format drop down - Select "CSV"
* Click "Create Report"
* When the report is completed - click "Download"


What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.

I followed your steps but it still limits it to 24 months from today.  I need to get to Jan 1 of 2015.  Am I missing something?  Thanks

You should be able to access all of your info - you may want to contact customer service to verify that and hopefully they can help.
