Partial refund

Should give a buyer the partial refund he’s asking for when he has disassembled the item. He’s claiming that the item was damaged and the pictures he sent clearly shows that the item has been disassembled

That's difficult question - if you can work it out, great - if you can't the buyer could open a dispute requesting a full refund.

Thats the problem with ebay they always side with the buyer. I know that the item wasn’t damaged and I suspect the buyer caused the damage while taking it apart. He’s requesting a partial refund and keep the item. My hands are tied have to give the refund or ebay will force me too. Ebay is very crooked and treat the sellers like crap.

Have to agree, Buyers do appear to have the upper hand over sellers.
